Did you workout today?

I just got done with an awesome zumba class it was a blast then i went for a mile walk outside because its beautiful day outside:)

Did another zumba class today as well as my shake weight:)

Lol...I once tried my friends shake weight but felt like such an idiot using it! How is the work out from it?

i worked out last thursday. i work on the weekends so it is monday and i am going to the gym today. glad the weekend is over so i can get back to normal!
will go to the store to get healthy foods, i am understocked!
everyone have a great week! my mom started hcg over a week ago and has lost eight lbs. already! woot woot!!!
