ME TOO!!! Definitely know the feeling!!! Maybe we can can use this feeling as a springboard to make us MORE DETERMINED to get back on... And stay on track!!!! WE CAN AND WILL DO THIS!!!!

Yeah...I gained .2 of my loss back this morning. Kinda bummed but I'll just keep it moving Smile

That and I hate Mondays...kinda of a double dose of suck!

When i gain i swear i think i feel my skin stretching rrrrr i think im loosing my mind:( i know tom is coming i should not be so hard on myself!!! We can call the gaining monday to loosing tuesday haha:)

Sounds like a plan!!! I know TOM is coming too...but I also know that HcG messes with my otherwise regular cycle! After the gains I had on my two terrible weekends this round I may just do a 40 day round!

yes i get afraid to get on the scale and afraid to put on my jeans. even though most of the time it is just fear inside, not anything i have done wrong! i think that i just want to have this so bad, and i am so scared i will lose it, it is just paranoia!!! anyway, we did this, we can keep it!

I feel like a cow when I dont work out. before this diet I ate some pretty bad stuff and a lot of it and never felt that way and now ill maybe eat 900 calories a day and without working out I feel terrible and im scared to go on the scale the next day Sad
