Gained Weight ugh

I weighed myself this morning and had small gain. I believe it came from me putting a little coffee creamer in my coffee and sugar free syrup. Well I know I can't do that anymore. I am going to take it for what it's for and move forward.

Oh I had the same thing happen with coffee creamers. I truely wanted to believe since it was sugar free it wouldnt hurt me but it def made me gain a little to! I love my coffe creamer!

I only have coffee on my way to work and it is not good black lol, with no taste, I have to have something in it. Back to tea for me.

My 4th VLCD, I had a 0.4 gain. It was disappointing, but atleast you learn what causes a gain and know how to change it!

I am hoping for a loss tomorrow morning.

It took me awhile to get use to black coffee now that is all I drink. Before HCG I would fill my Venti sized cup half way with half and half, 5 packets of sugar and my coffee. It is no wonder why I was not losing weight before HCG. I'm glad I have started to like black coffee.

Thanks to my fabulous boyfriend I've gotten used to heavy cream in my coffee!! Black coffee will definitely take getting used to. I will probably be drinking a lot more tea than coffee.

I just can't do black coffee. I have to have some cream and regular sugar. I make my husband coffee and it look sooo good lol, but for now I guess I will just stick to tea.
