Smaller Losses for Less Weight To Lose? Empty Smaller Losses for Less Weight To Lose?

I know any loss is great but I thought it would be coming off faster than this. I've been only losing ounces every day. I'm wondering if it's because I only have 25lbs to lose. I feel so deflated when I wake up to a .2 loss.

In my eyes that's good, it all adds up. I wanted to lose more and I have a lot to lose, but. I am greatful to be where I am.

Don't get discouraged, just keep doing what you are doing and you will see a drop. Check your inches. 3.6 is good for 9 days.

Well P2D15 and I've only lost 5 lbs...don't know if this diet is for me Sad Feel really discouraged and totally defeated. Besides my one cheat day I've been on protocol. Don't think I will try another round as I just don't see the results that everyone else seems to achive Crying or Very sad

somewhere i read that if you have had weight on you for a long period of time, it is harder and takes longer to get it off. it took me a year on WW to lose 25 lbs. so don't be too impatient! at least you're going down and not up!!!

Well I feel better today. I think TOM is coming as I was extremely moody yesterday...could you tell? Smile I continue to lose and if the pace keeps going the way it has I will be at my mid goal of 135 by the end of p2. I'm now hopeful that I will do a second round to lose the remaining 15lbs. My ultimate goal is to be 120. According to body mass calculators that is where I should be for my height. It's been a trying process but I'm more aware of how my body reacts to different foods and I'm excited to take that knowledge into my second round Smile
