Smaller Losses for Less Weight To Lose?
I know any loss is great but I thought it would be coming off faster than this. I've been only losing ounces every day. I'm wondering if it's because I only have 25lbs to lose. I feel so deflated when I wake up to a .2 loss.

In my eyes that's good, it all adds up. I wanted to lose more and I have a lot to lose, but. I am greatful to be where I am.Beenadee wrote:I know any loss is great but I thought it would be coming off faster than this. I've been only losing ounces every day. Well woke up to a stall at 144...on P2D9 and have only lost 3.6lbs Have stayed on protocol and feel really discouraged.

Ahhh its so craz your in your 140s they were my biggest nightmare! Did you check your inches? You may be loosing in inches check!! Keep yoyr head up we all go thru stalls drink lots of water today is a new day!!
Re: Smaller Losses for Less Weight To Lose?
Don't get discouraged, just keep doing what you are doing and you will see a drop. Check your inches. 3.6 is good for 9 days.Beenadee wrote:Well woke up to a stall at 144...on P2D9 and have only lost 3.6lbs Have stayed on protocol and feel really discouraged.

Re: Smaller Losses for Less Weight To Lose?
Well P2D15 and I've only lost 5 lbs...don't know if this diet is for me Feel really discouraged and totally defeated. Besides my one cheat day I've been on protocol. Don't think I will try another round as I just don't see the results that everyone else seems to achive
Re: Smaller Losses for Less Weight To Lose?
somewhere i read that if you have had weight on you for a long period of time, it is harder and takes longer to get it off. it took me a year on WW to lose 25 lbs. so don't be too impatient! at least you're going down and not up!!!

Re: Smaller Losses for Less Weight To Lose?
Well I feel better today. I think TOM is coming as I was extremely moody yesterday...could you tell? I continue to lose and if the pace keeps going the way it has I will be at my mid goal of 135 by the end of p2. I'm now hopeful that I will do a second round to lose the remaining 15lbs. My ultimate goal is to be 120. According to body mass calculators that is where I should be for my height. It's been a trying process but I'm more aware of how my body reacts to different foods and I'm excited to take that knowledge into my second round
