When i first started hcg i really thought that i would be awesome at 160.! I tjen saw hpw fast i lost and was so excited i kept going now at 130s:) has anyone pressed thru a first set point they had! Laughing

Yes. When I started at close to 200. I set a goal for 180. And, I didn't think I'd make that. I'm 179 today, so my new goal is 160 =)

well i reached 135 which i thought would be great. now i want to get to 125, and even down to 122, so i have some 'room.'
