Happy I Gained?!

So on day two of loading and this morning I woke to a 1.4 lb gain. Never thought I would be happy to have gained weight 
Hopeful that this will ease the pain of the VLCD. On a side note, I've never felt more disgusted than what I felt last night laying in bed to go to sleep. Eating fat all day really messes your system up!

I gained 1.4 on day 1.... I'm sure after todays eating fest I will see an even bigger number tomorrow. It's all part of the deal.

I gained a total of 3 pounds on loading but on my very first day of the vlcd I lost that plus another 1/2 pound!
