P3 water intake

I notice when im p3 i get really relaxed with my water intake does anybody else notice that they dont focus on it as much as in p2? I need to step it up:)!!

I've slacked on water the last few days of p2 and into p3...sinus issues and really didn't like how my throat was feeling when I ate or drank.... Ugh! Gotta get back to my water....

I swear the only thing saving me now days my little mio in my pocket! I wonder why i get so laxed on my water intake? Prob cause i dont wanna run to the bathroom all day:)

That is it, exactly! The water runs right through me, too!
