back on track!!! down to my lowest...

Back on track!!! R1P2D23 - down 15.4 lbs.... All downhill from here for my 40 day round!!! Total lose on HcG has been 65.4 lbs!!! I know it won't be as quick of a loss as I near my goal of 140....but I am toning and looking and feeling fantastic!!!

The key on Sunday and Monday was water, water, water!!!! I decreased my coffee and added more water. Started drinking my cup of hot lemon water every morning....yesterday I drank 10 bottled waters!!!

Wow 65 pounds is so amazing... Wow you must feel amazing im so proud of you! I am glad that you have gotten lots of water in! If you dont mind my asking what is your goal weight and are you doing another round later or is this the final one?

My goal weight is 140.... I am really hoping the 40 day round will get me there. If not, I'll do another round. I figured once in maintenance, that 140 will give me a little cushion....

And my bridesmaid gown is coral...I'm working on my tan now! LOL

Oh i love the color coral so beautiful!!! I know i like to have some room for cushion to thats why im pushing for 125 just to give me room:) i just did a spray tan it was awesome and made me look glowy not orange which i really liked:) im sure ypur going to look so beautiful:)

Thanks! Spray tan....hmmmm....might have to consider that in October! To hide my strap lines from summer!!! I won't do tanning beds! I kinda enjoy sitting or laying in the sun for 30 minutes or so just relaxing!
