water, water,water

Ok...my last rounds I just drank water and black coffee in the morning. I now added unsweetened tea ... A mix of half reg and half green tea. I make my own. My question is...do you count ALL liquids towards your gallon total? I have only been counting water....

I have been told only water...everything else is counted on top.

If it's decaffinated, it can be counted towards your water.

You are so right. One might say one thing and the other another. I read somewhere that every business that sale hcg has different protocols and it can get a bit of confusing. Although there is one real protocol and that's Dr. Simeons.

Yep! That's what I use!

I have always just counted onlynwater and coffee as my daily treat... For every cup of coffee i try to add more water:)

Ok....I will remember that and continue to chug the water!!!!
