Apple cider vinegar

I know a lot of people take the shots of apple cider vinegar. I have never been able to do that. I just wanted to let you know they do make apple cider vinegar pills that I found at my health store! Its def a lot easier to swallow then a shot:)!!

What does the vinegar do? I have been wondering about that. I only use it to make the honey mustard dressing.

  taking 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to your daily routine. Some resources recommend that you take the apple cider vinegar diluted with water, but not to spread out throughout the entire day as this has been shown to have negative side effects on teeth enamel. Many resources claim extensive benefits due to apple cider vinegar intake, particularly increased weight loss; however apple cider vinegar may cause discomfort if you digest the vinegar using undiluted spoonfuls only.
 

Hmmm....I may have to add the capsules to my routine. Thanks for the info!

The pills are definitely easier, but either way I get horrible heartburn
