Apple Day?

I notice that if you stall you can do an apple day. It seems to be hard to do because all you eat is apples from lunch to lunch. Has anyone here tried it? If so was it hard to do and were you hungry?

I have done a few apple days! Any time i do an apple day I try to do it when im having a lazy sleepy day. So i can sleep the hunger away! The first time i messed up because i drank water all day. I still had a loss but when I did it again and only sipped water as needed i lost 2 pounds! Its def a useful correction day!

Never did one, but it sounds easier than the steak day. I did that on phase 3 and it was horrible not eating anything until dinner and then gorging on a huge steak. I couldn't wait to go to bed and just sleep it all off and start fresh in the morning. I lost exactly 2 pounds on it, but hated it.

I have done both steak and apple day. I would much rather do the apple day....
