I tested p4.... Ughhhhh i wasnt ready i wanted to eat everything and had no self control:( so i try really hard to stick to p3 for the most part . I am gonna do a month or two of p3 then test p4 again!!

p4 this week

i started p4 last saturday. plus we went to perkins for my daughter's birthday, where i had two strips of bacon, one soft boiled egg, one pancake and one small piece of cheesecake, which i wasn't going to have but i had one any way. the rest of the day i did pretty much p3 eating. the next day i was down two pounds! so i do believe that p3 is crucial for stabilization, because i do think i am stable now.
