Hope everyone had a great weekend i keep thinking its monday and i was so ready to watch the voice haha i was so sad:( beautiful weather here little extra day light i cant complain!!!

I was working a basketball tourney all weekend but the good news my hectic basketball schedule is over till next October woohooo! My soon to be husband will be glad I'll have more time to concentrate on him now lol

Aww congats to you and your soon to be husband! How super exciting is that? I am glad thing are slowing down for you! Do you have a round start date? I just got done with a bike ride and watching the voice. I love that show so much more then american idol . Really good talent! I am so excited i have 7 days off and leaving for florida tomorrow! Get me out of the northeast!!!

Good morning everyone i hope eeveryone is starting the week out! Weekdays are so much easier then weekend for me ! How about you?

I'm crawling back from my 3 lb cheat gain. I lost 1.5 of it this morning but still in the dumps about it. Hoping this week will bring me into my 130's...haven't seen those beauties in a LONG time. Being P2D13 I've learned which foods work better for me so I plan to incorporate more of those this week and up my water intake. I have been making the gallon goal, even on my cheat day, and wonder if pushing over the gallon will help at all.

Beena- im glad you woke up to a release:) dont take t to hard my first round was all about learning what worked for my body! For examples beef made me stall for a week grr tyat took me a week to get back on track tom makes memgain a pound and stall so now i start ky cycles after tom! Your doing wonderful keep your chin up and drink up your water!
