P2 low cal chat

What round and day are you on? What are your numbers for the day? The p2 chit chat wall:)

It's VLCD 7 for me. I've lost 6.6lbs in 7 day! Pretty exciting, if I must say so myself! Did have a 0.4 gain on day 4, which I admit it was because I cheated a little. I know what I did wrong, and knew how to correct it; so I was pretty pleased with myself!

I am on R1P2D15 and have lost 11.8

Good morning, everyone! It's R1P2D8 and I lost 2.8lbs this morning; making my current weight 180.4lbs!

Good afternoon, HCG'ers! It's VLCD 9 for me, and I just 0.6lbs today; making my total loss 9.6lbs! I couldn't be happier, but I would be lying to say I wasn't a little disappointed in the number today. I had a great loss yesterday and probably ate some things that I shouldn't have. I stayed pretty much on protocol yesterday and not going over my calorie intake; however, I did incorperate Macadamia nuts (a couple more than 5, haha!), and had an orange instead of an apple. I also had green beans for lunch, which has never affected my losses in previous days. Today, i'm cutting out the Macadamia nuts and orange, and going to try a grapefruit. I weighed in at 179.8 today, and I haven't seen the 170s since middle school, many years ago! Hope the rest of you are having great releases!

Good afternoon ty.. Thats great to be in 170s:) i am so happy for you! I know i get sad with .6 sometimes to but i have to remember a loss is a loss and not a stall! I have never tried the nuts but im sure i could control my hand and mouth with just 5 ? It would be such a tease!

Hi HCG'ers. A big goose egg was the number on the scale today. I cut out the Macadamia nuts yesterday but still had an orange as my fruit. Apparently oranges are not my friend on this diet, so no more until P3. I had half a grapefruit for my fruit this morning, and I must say.. I do believe that I will be sticking to apples. Not sure how people can eat those things! But, I do want to ask.. did people have great releases with eating a handful of strawberries?

Tyson did you take your inches measurments? You may not be loosing pounds but trust me when i say your body is working in some kind of way:) the scale is only a little tool in the big picture! So keep smiling because your body is moving!! I have had releases with strawberrys . My secon round i cut down to 1 fruit a day! It worked for me!

No, I couldn't find a measuring tape, but I can definately notice a difference. I should probably go out and buy one!

Yesterday, as I mentioned I didn't have a loss. I still don't believe the number on the scale today. Not sure how it happened; as I really didn't do anything different.. except for cutting out the orange and macadamias. Anyway, I weighted myself 5 times this morning to make sure the scale was correct. I lost 2.2lbs today, VLCD 11. So, my current weight is 177.6 and since being on HCG i've lost 12lbs!

Down 1lb this morning; however, I gained 1lb yesterday for some reason. I stuck completely to protocol, and not for sure what happend. I was disappointed to have a gain yesterday; as it cost me a day of losses.. but, I'm right back on track and at the same weight I was on Thursday. Hope everyone else is having good releases today!

Im glad your back on track tyson... I know i hate to see things backwards. I always try to remember the big picture that we are changing our lives. You will be to your goal sooner then you know. Im proud of you!!1

Today is day 1 of very low cal for me woohoo kinda missed low cal believe it or not!

Very low cal day 1 went pretty smoothe for me hope to see a nice release in the am:)

WOW congrats. My husband is grilling ribs today and I am trying to fight the temptation.

How did fightin the temptation go!? I am down another pound today! I have a little bit of a headache today not so fun:(
