Working out on p2? Does anyone workout in this phase? How does it weigh in to loosing weight? What kind of phsyical activity do you do?

Day 15. Never the same weight 2 days in a row, but so far it has been +/- 2 except today when it was -2.4

I didn't do any exercise in phase 2. I only did exercise in phase 3 and only did approximately 30 minute cardio exercise.

I am not exercising in P2 because I have heard from others that it made them stall. I am looking forward to getting some exercise in P3 though.
