Gained .4 ... But not concerned! Yesterday was a beautigul day and I did more than I usually do...walking and exercise while working. Prob just water retention in my muscles. But I would be so happy to see 150 something on that scale!!!! TOMORROW!!!!

Update: weighed after shower ... down 1 lb to 160.4! Think I might see the 150's tomorrow!!!
