ugh! 2 lb gain.....

Well, yesterday was rough! Went off protocol only slightly...but not 2 lbs worth!!! Kinda figuring it is TOM in a few days. So today I am chugging water....not really hungry. Water must be filling me up! I've been through this before....so I know I'll get back to losing! Weekends are always the hardest!!!!

It happens, but you doing what you need to get back down. Tom will do it, just keep drinking gour water and stay on the protocol. I was up .8 this morning.

I can't wait to get back to routine tomorrow!! I do so much better during the week...LOL

Def staying completely on protocol today!!!! I did better yesterday....weight was 162.8...so a 1.8 lb gain should be gone at tomorrow's weigh in. I have also noticed a slight non-bathroom issue cuz I have forgot about drinking my hot lemon water in the morning. I am sipping that now and plan to get back tracking my water consumption.
