loading on round 2? Empty loading on round 2?

Finishing up phase 3 and wondering if I even do the loading days when I start my second round?....My first round I dont think I even did the loading days right and I lost a pretty good amount of weight.

I loaded 3 days...lol! It was over Easter weekend, so it made it easy. I have not been as hungry on this 2nd round. I wonder if it is due to the loading?
