P3 awesome pancakes

3 oz cream cheese ( softened in microwave)
2 eggs
1 tsp ground cinnamon or as desired with pack of stevia
1 T flavored syrup sugar free vanilla
Mix together make sure no lumps i use a blender
Cook on low to med - i have had amazing pancakes with this!!

I love them so much:) i actually like them better then real pancakes!

Are they supposed to end up like pancakes?!? Tasted ok, but I must have done something wrong - they fell apart in the pan - no pancake texture
