CHICKEN BROTH
6 100 GRAM PIECES OF CHICKEN BREAST
8 CUPS OF WATER
1/4 TSP. GARLIC POWDER
1/4 TSP. ONION SALT
1/4 TSP. CELERY SALT
1/4 TSP. POULTRY SEASONING
1/4 TSP. BLACK PEPPER
1/2 TSP. SEA SALT
Combine ingredients in a pot and cook until chicken is done.
Remove chicken and refrigerate or freeze to use at a later time (6 servings).
Put two cups of broth in a medium size container to make soup or add a few tablespoons to sauté veggies.

OVEN CHICKEN SALAD
Ingredients
200 grams boneless skinless chicken breast
1⁄2 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
1⁄4 tsp. onion powder
1⁄4 tsp. salt
1⁄4 tsp. pepper
1⁄4 tsp. garlic powder
1⁄2 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 cups spinach or lettuce
Vinaigrette Dressing
1⁄4 cup apple cider vinegar
1⁄2 cup water
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. pepper
5 drops or 1 pkg stevia
Directions
Mix all seasonings together and roll chicken in mixture so it is smothered and place on a foil sheet and wrap up nice and tight. Put on a cooking sheet and bake at 375 degrees and bake for 20 to 30 minutes. Cut up in small pieces and measure 100 grams of chicken and put on a bed of spinach or lettuce and drizzle the vinaigrette dressing. Save the remainder of the chicken breast for another meal. *Makes 2 servings

CHILI
100 grams of lean ground beef
1 cup chopped tomatoes
½ cup water
2 Tbsp. minced onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ tsp. garlic powder
¼ -1/2 tsp. chili powder
¼ tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Salt
Pepper
Directions:
Brown ground beef in small frying pan, add onions and garlic
Stir in tomatoes and water
Add spices and simmer until liquid is reduced.
Cook, simmered until flavor is reached, adding water as needed to keep moist. The longer cooked the better.
Serve with tomato garnish.
Season with salt and pepper

ORANGE BEEF AND BROCCOLI
100 grams lean steak
Zest of ½ orange
3 Tbsp. Apple cider Vinegar
3 Tbsp. liquid aminos or low sodium soy sauce (optional)
½ garlic powder
1 TBSP dehydrated onion
1 tsp. sambal oelek (optional)
Broccoli – allowed amount
Grill steak. Steam broccoli. Mix all other ingredients, except orange zest. Preheat stir fry pan to med. Add liquids to pan, and then add zest
Stir over med heat ½ minutes. Add beef and broccoli. Stir fry all until done
