How many times do you weigh yourself?

I weighed myselF in the mornin and at night. I always knew at night id be like 1.5 less in the morning:)

I weigh my self once a day, first thing in the morning.

Im in p4 now and tryin to stick to once a week:) so far i am doing well!

I've been weighing myself before bed and of course when I wake up in the morning. So far I've pretty much guessed what my morning weigh-in would be based on the evening.
