No this site is completely away from facebook. This is to help with privacy and to not let everyone know your not on a diet. So speak freely=)

This is why I am so glad that you made this site. I didn't want to announce to everyone what I was doing! I am hoping to drop a bunch of weight and surprise people when I see them. That will feel really good. Smile

I have to agree. Every time I post on the hcg fb, I pray nobody see's it in that stupid fb ticker. I love this place.
