I started at 215 pounds back in October 2011 and I did a 21 day bottle and got down to 194 and went to 189 after the maintenance phase. I've maintained my weight since and I have decided to do an 11 day phase and started at 189 and I'm on day 5 and I'm 186 pounds.

My HcG journey began October 2010...I completed 3 rounds and lost a total of 51 lbs. I took a long break through summer, fall, and winter of 2011. I still have a little more to lose. I am currently on R1P2D12 - 175.0/161.0 (-14) ...total loss with HcG is 65 lbs!!! And it has stayed OFF!!!

Hey momo i would first like to say thank you so much for joing us and wow your journey has been to a great start! Congrats on the weightloss and bringing your knowledge in here. Right now the stars goto 50 once i created more stars this weekend i am going to change it!

I was talking to a friend who had gone on HCG and lost like 17 pounds in a week (yes, a guy). I started a 1200-calorie died at 223, and lost 12 pounds in 49 days, because I wanted to see if the HCG could really make a difference over a planned reduced calorie diet without it first. Then I went on it and I am on day 13, and have lost 9 pounds while on HCG.
So in reality, I've lost 21 pounds, but only 9 on HCG, but it was the idea of HCG that made me lost the first 12.
