I plan to continue taking my probiotic & One-A-Day gummy vitamin. I switched over to gummy vitamins with the suggestion of my doctor as I was getting very nauseous with the normal kind. I also will take the B12 that comes in the kit. I've never taken B12 alone before and I'm wondering what others have experienced while on it.
