Good morning everyone!! Got up this morning and weight myself and I lost 5lbs so far!!

Thanks!! It was a great morning seeing that weight lost..When I started this journey i was weighting in at 295..now i'm down to 289.4 ....oh wow i lost 6 not 5 lol can tell i needed my morning coffee when i wrote my post lol

Good luck Jen! Make sure you have fun with the diet. I loved putting all different spices in my food to make my taste buds feel good so that I didn't feel like I was just eating plain food. There are plenty of videos out there on youtube to guide you! I've lost 30 pounds using HCG. You will be at that weight in one month stay positive and strong. Block the negative people that are against HCG!
