p3 almond sugar cookies

preheat your oven to 350 or 375 depending on how hot your oven gets. I put mine in between.
place on non stick paper in oven cookie sheets.
cook time 14 to 16 minutes until golden brown. Makes a little over a dozen depending on size you make them.

The cookies dont spread out much so you can push them down and flatten!
Place all of this in a bowl mix stir
8 oz almond flour about 2 cups
2 c Splenda granulated calorie free sweetener
1 stick of butter (I softened mine) i also use i cant believe its not butter
2 eggs
2 t vanilla
2 t almond flavoring
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t baking powder
Cinnamon to taste!
mix it all up.

These are really yummy and so enjoyable..... After I make them i stick them in bags to limit myself and take them to work.

Can you find almond flour with the regular flour at the grocery store? Is it really allowed on phase 3? I don't know anything about it.

Yes i do beliee it is allowed:) but i know some people would rather test it in p4:) if you dont have an organic section in your stores trader joes carries it!

I'll have to look for it...when i go to P4....don't want you stealing back one of my stars...haha!
