Does anyone else use myfitnesspal to help count there calories? If anyone has one and would like to add there names put them in here. You can find me under tearfallzbreak

i use it to track my calories, my food choices, and my exercise. it helps me stay focused, because i don't just want to count the calories but also what i eat. my body does not need many carbs, it has problems on them!
