Buddy system dieting!

Did you join the hcg diet with a buddy? Or family member? I started the diet with my mom who has also lost over 50 pounds!

No buddies here would be nice to have one though!!

I think I'm going solo on this. I have a lot of skeptics around me so I would like to run with it and prove them wrong. Once I have strong results I'll bring them along for the ride

I did not tell anyone about me taking the hcg at first. I explained how it works to my mom after a couple days. I just don't want to tell anyone just in case I failed and they be like I thought you were on a diet. I hate when my husband say so I tell him im not on a diet I am on a lifestyle change.

Definately no buddies on this diet, for me. I think it would make it easier, though. My family and friends think I am crazy for going on this diet; as they believe it's just another fad diet. If I continue with the losses that I've been having for the rest of the round, i'm sure i'll make a few people believers in the diet

Well when I finally start I'll be on my own even my fiance thinks I'm nuts he doesn't want to loose weight! I think he fears if I look good and start feeling better I won't want to be with him but hes thinking crazy because hes someone I'd never thought would even be interested in someone like me in the first place! He's the type you look at and stare and wish he would talk to you! But really and thankfully hes not an ass like the guys generally are that are good looking and know it! Lol he's the sweetest most geniune but not thrilled with me wanting to look and feel better. I truly believe when he sees I'm feeling better about my self he will come around and be my biggest cheerleader!

My sister started the diet after I finished last year. I helped and supported her. She lost over 50 lbs. She's ready to start another round with me, but she got the flu...so may start this weekend. I have helped a few more through their weightloss as well.

After hearing of my cousin's success with HCG my mom and I started this together. So happy to have her doing it with me! But, she has less to lose than I do so at some point I will be going solo ... unless my husband decides to start when I'm looking all skinny

yes, actually it was my 18 year old daughter the convinced me to try it. she wanted to do it and had never done a diet before, so i did it partly because she wanted to do it and i wanted to encourage her. she hasn't been as diligent as i have and i don't ask her how she's doing...it's her first time and well, it's her life. but it sure changed mine!
