Questions during P2!

Tell me i'm not crazy! Are anyone else experiencing, or have experienced, headaches during P2? Before I started HCG, I rarely had headaches; nornally when I was stressed they would come, but now I tend to have them everyday. Also, I am cold almost all the time. My hands and feet are freezing. Maybe it is one of the side effects from this diet? Anyone else experience this during P2?

Oh yes ty... I had headaches for the first week I also had slight eye twitching in the first week. They went away shortly after that! For the headaches i just took a motrin which you can have and it helped. Freezing much... Tell me i sleep with socks a hoody and had the heat on 80:( my gosh it only happens in p2 for me! I also have to use the bathroom a million times i sometimes wonder what people think at work:) its all very common. Let me know when your headaches go away!

I swear I thought i was the only one! Im freezing all the time! I didnt really get headaches thou but i heard thats common. I also experienced twitching in my legs but that stopped as well. I think its just our bodies going into "shock" lol my first week of 500 calories I felt like I was going through withdrawls.

Glad to know i'm not the only one! I've also been feeling a little dizzy, sometimes. I suppose that is a side affect, as well.

When I first started P2 I got some painful leg cramps. The B-12 and a magnesium/potassium tablet took care of them...or else they went away on their own...lol. I continued with the vitamins and never had another problem.

Dizziness can be from low blood pressure salt your food well. I was an ice cube, I had a bath almost every night, headache lasted about 2 days for me

Thanks, Jo! I was afraid to add salt, because of the possibility of water retention. I started adding salt tonight, after I saw your post! Hoping your advice helps Thanks!

I didn't get the headaches, but the leg cramps definitely. Like what was said above, a potassium supplement took care of that. But I am freezing all the time. I had to buy a space heater for my office at work.
