Progress updates:)!

Do you feel like when your not doing that great you tend to shy away from wanting to post? I know i do and im not sure if its because i feel like i failed or dont want to admit it but ill so dont lime sharing gains or bad news does anyone else feel this way?

I've just had a very, very busy week! My brother is in from Georgia and we have been visiting all week! I hit a 4 day stall... Finally dropped 2.2 today!!! R1P2D33 - 175.0/157.4 (-17.6) Hahahaha...hubby said I'm getting bony......

I need refreshed...do I take drops for 40 days then 2 days on vlcd w/o drops? Geez, my 40 days are almost up....I very look in to p3 information for a quick refresher course!!!

I start P3 today and I'm excited to get more food variety but nervous to put on pounds. I only lost 9 lbs this round. Was upset about that but now I'm over it. Now just trying to stay at this weight as I prepare for R2 in May.

Caught a nasty cold and I've been laid out for the past few days. Sick is great for losses as I've lost 3 more lbs but not so great for P3 maintenance parameters.

yes, jessica, i feel that way. i don't like to weigh myself or post when i'm not doing well. but this morning i got on the scale even though i thought i might not like what i see. i had a plan that i would eat clean today no matter what. fortunately i'm where i need to be numbers wise. if i am not doing well i try to get back on my own without posting! yes, i guess i don't like to look like a failure!! but just knowing that i can find support whenever i want really does help me!
