My new goal for myself is to start running and progress! I am very excited about it! I am taking it slow but surely will be making some new goalsmwith running! It def makes me feel great to run then take a nice refreshing shower!Smile

I am a runner. (Well not so much now on phase 2) But yes, I'd run three miles a day. I can't wait to get out of phase 2, and back into the swing of working out. You are exactly, right about the feeling you get in the shower after running. I love it.
