Step circuit class

Tomorrow I am going to go check this class out:) has anyone taken this before ? What are your thought!? I will be coming back with an update tomorrow morning:)

Well I didnt know what i was going to expect out of this class. I guess i thought basic steps but there is a huge range for growth and progress in steps and it had me moving the entire class. Hopefully next week ill pick up the moves a little better but i truely enjoyed it!

another great step class for me yesterday=) I am really happy with the result exp in my arms... I cant wait to see a months work of stepping in my body. I can only say postive things about this class.
