Different results from different protocol foods
Through my previous rounds I stayed away from lean beef cuz it always resulted in a gain! I haven't even tried beef this time around! My choices are limited cuz I can not eat broiled fish without butter...LOL! I have never liked the taste of fish unless it was battered cod, browned then baked.
I love shrimp! I have found that when I eat shrimp I have a better loss!! I throw eggs in once a week too for a mix up. Apples also make for a better loss for me too
Has anybody else noticed foods that work better for them? And what are they?

Grilled Chicken, and Grilled 90/10 Beef. Works. But I can't get fancy with them.
Eggs work really well for me.
I cannot have cottage cheese, at all.
and I'm starting to suspect that I can't handle Choco Delight =(
