Holy Heartburn Batman!

Ouch! I have been having the worst heartburn the past few days. Nothing seems to relieve it either. I have had acid reflux issues in the past but they resolved over the past year...to have it back again is a real bummer. It's horrible, especially when you are trying to go to sleep Anyone else dealing with this?

I had a litle case of it last night but thats the only tine it jas happened for me:( i cant imagine does it happen daily lately? What are you eating for your proteins?

yes, i have also been having heartburn

I finally had to go back on my Nexium perscription to get it to stop. I was taking Zantac but that only lessened the pain, it did not make it completely go away.
