Not a good day.

After doing an egg day yesterday, I woke up to a 2lb loss. I thought that it would be a good day. But, I was wrong. I found out today that my ex-boyfriend died in a car wreck this weekend.
I am devastated. And yes, I am an emotional eater. All I want is a diet coke, and a giant chocolate chip cookie. This is really hard. I went out and spent 30$ on Chocolate Delight Ingredients (and a dvd). It's cooling in the freezer as I type this. Hopefully it helps my nerves.
Have any of you had luck with it? (I'm in phase two)

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I am an emotional eater too so I can empathize with those triggers. Stay strong ... you can overcome this without going to food. Bless your heart.

I ended up gaining 2lbs
I was 1lb away from my goal (for round 1), now I'm 3lbs away. And to make it worse, today was my last day of drops.
I'm dissapointed.
