First day of VLCD!!!

Okay, here I go!! So far I'm not even hungry, probably still full from loading this weekend. I did have a cup of coffee and am up to about 30oz of water so far. I managed to gain 3.2 during loading. My little guy got a hold of my bottle of vanilla stevia and now it's almost empty! Guess we'll be making a trip to the vitamin shop.

You can do it! Took me a while to get over the hunger. It still comes every once in a while! Looking forward to tracking your progress

Yay the day has landed ! I am so excited! I love to watch peoples journey since im only maintaing now
