DRY SKIN....UGH!

My legs and arms are really dry! Nice weather now and after shaving my legs they look so scaly! During winter months using HcG it isn't a big deal....but now??? What kinds of lotion do you use? I have the Vita-Moist from Avon that I love! I've tried many others but they just didn't do the trick....any suggestions???

Lotions and Dry Skin:
Coconut oil, plain mineral oil (has no nutritional value), most baby oils are mineral oils or try lotions/moisturizers with a mineral oil base.
I found this on hcgdietinfo:) i found it useful

Thanks! I just stayed away from any lotion and never went back to read it....glad you posted that! I would have stayed away from any oils!

I got Jason All Over Body Lotion Aloe Vera for about $6.00 for 16 ounces at vitacost and I really like it. I have always had dry skin and I think I am going to stick with this one.
