OMG!!!! Shampoo....

I had my hair colored on Thursday....usually doesn't bother me. But this time....I had a small irritation on my forehead and she didn't even use a plastic head cover! Then as the day went on, my scalp start to really itch on the back of my head. After 2 days of this, I decided to try my husband's Head and Shoulders dry scalp shampoo....it helped a little, so I used it again. This morning I read the front and it said with almond oil! OMG, since when did they add this to shampoo??? Going back to my Dove shampoo!!!! I follow Dr. Simeon's protocol....so would this effect anything?

I have never been 100 percent protcol! With my lifestyle i just cant be but i use head and shoulders all the time . I still lost good ounts of weight! I didnt find it effected me. But then again getting your hair colored os not recommended on the protcol as well! i would say the hair color was more of a harm then the shampoo?

Oh! Thanks for making my Monday! But I'm not going to accept graying roots!!! Hahahaha!!!!

I need to color my hair too... I'm seeing grays. Does it really have an effect on weight loss?? I can hold off if it does.
