Do you know what caused your eating to get out of control? I learned i am an emotional eater:( so my new thing is finding something else to replace eating now!! What do you do?

I'll have to figure out what to replace food with myself. I eat for so many reasons, but definietly stress!!!! I've noticed when my kids are being crazy I tend to reach for the junk food. It's going to be a challenge, I'm up for it!
