Do yo reward yourself?

For certain goal losses? I did every 10 pounds weather from a new pair of jeans to my spray tan for florida this week.

I told me boyfriend when I get to goal I'm going on a serious shopping spree!!! As far as rewards along the way, I'm sure I'll think of some!

Yes mam. I'm Started at 196. A little more than two weeks later I'm at 181. This is what I have on my fridge :


180 : New Jeans.
170 : New Summer Dresses.
160 : Victoria's Secret Set.
150 : My First two piece swimsuit, EVER!
(My ultimate goal... for now) 140: A Skinny Margarita

hi tearsfall! well i hope you enjoy florida! i live here and love it! well you will enjoy getting into a bathing suit now! my hubby and i went to the beach today. i can jump into my suit and just head to the beach. before, i felt so bad about myself it would take me an hour before i felt good enough to go but most of the time i didn't even want to go.
so any way, about rewarding myself? yes i definitely do. i just keep working on improving myself both health-wise and visually-wise. either go shopping, spray tan like you said, or keep trying on the clothes i already have that haven't fit in the past. i love your profile pic by the way!

Yeah!!!

I am going to reward myself for sure! Every 10 pounds I will do something for myself. I have some gift cards saved from my birthday so I can get some new clothes as I go down sizes.

I think it is very important to give yourself positive rewards for all the hard work.
